Nowadays, more and more people feel unhappy, while being happy in my opinion is one of the core needs of humans.

In this project i have researched happiness and what you can do to raise your experience of happiness. The titel

"Sta Even Stil" (Stand Still for a moment) is based on something my mother always says: "If you pay attention to

the moment you are in, you're almost always in a good state of mind". Then you don't worry about yesterday's pain

or tomorrow's difficult task.
